Cretan Gourmet Cuisine specializes in creating and providing exceptional gastronomic experiences from the richness of Mediterranean cuisine.
We focus on producing fresh, homemade dishes using pure, local ingredients of the Cretan land. Through a wide variety of traditional dishes that can be customized to your preferences, all at competitive prices that guarantee a quick return on your investment.

We Have:
- Freshly baked products, preserved at temperatures below 5°C, with a shelf life of 10 days for the local market and 7 Days for the rest of Greece.
- For the overseas, freshly baked / frozen products with a shelf life of up to 12 months at temperatures below -18°C.
All dishes are available in various forms, such as whole baking pans (5-10 servings per baking pan) or individual portions (in baking pans or clay pots).
We provide multiple supply options, including direct delivery (Chania, Kastelli and Rethymnon) 3 times a week, on-site pick-up from our facilities in Varipetrou Oasis, or through our partners' supply network.

At Cretan Gourmetwe explore the 4,000-year history of Greek food, highlighting the quality fresh ingredients, the proper use of aromatic herbs and spices, the award-winning Greek olive oil and the simplicity that make Greek cuisine so loved.

Our family was dedicated from the beginning and exclusively in the food industry!
Originating from Crete and with over 80 years of history in catering, operating in many places around the world such as Los Angeles, San Jose, Austria, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Athens and Santorini we feel happy for our creative action in the wonderful field of Greek - Mediteranian Cuisine!
In the winter of 2019, we decided to return to Crete and start Cretan Gourmet, based in Chania!
A seat that represents us exclusively, after the privilege we had to travel around the world and enrich our gastronomic knowledge.
At Cretan Gourmet, we are able to offer high quality recipes and know-how, in Greece and abroad.
We continue the traditions that our parents, grandparents and experiences have taught us and offer the same warmth and hospitality to all our partners! To share the joy that accompanies a delicious meal and the love for cooking that has existed in our family for generations.

Cretan Gourmet with a production capacity of up to 3000 servings per day, specially tailored to the needs of professionals and in large quantities, covers a wide variety of choices in businesses such as restaurants, hotels, Airbnb, cruise ships, supermarkets, cafes, catering and food merchants.

We supply whole baking pans (from 5-10 servings per baking pan) for your needs. Depending on the product and the weight of the pan and the portions per baking pan.
Also, individual portions for your needs in smaller quantities that serve at the same time to avoid excesses.
